Harju County - most populous county in Estonia
More than one-third of the population of Estonia live in Harju County, so it’s no wonder that two-thirds of the use and occupancy permits for dwellings last year were issued in urban or small urban settlement areas of Harju County.
The popularity of Harju County as a place to live is increasing year by year, and small towns situated on the border of Tallinn, or the so-called golden circle, as well as other subdistricts with a good transport connection to the capital are preferred.
